Courier Labels
We use third party couriers to pickup your items from outside of Melbourne Metro areas and deliver to our warehouse in Melbourne. These couriers will need your items to be labelled with their courier labels. Essentially, the courier labels are only used in Australia to pickup from you and to deliver to us.
We capture the details you have provided during booking, and use this information to arrange suitable couriers to pickup from your door. The couriers then produce the labels and we in turn email these labels to you.
There will be one page per item being picked up and each will have identical information, except for the item count, such as “1 of 4”, “2 of 4”, “3 of 4” etc.
- The pdf labels will be sent to you prior to your pickup date.
- Ensure details on courier labels received are correct.
- The number of labels generated should match the number of individual items you are sending.
- Print these labels and attach labels to each corresponding item.
- The courier will not pick up your items unless they are labelled and futile pickup fee may be charged.
Delivery Labels
Delivery labels are generated automatically and emailed to you once you have paid and confirm your booking. They contain your final delivery address and we use it from the point where receive your items at our warehouse and delivery to the final destination.
- The pdf Delivery Labels will be sent to automatically after payment on booking is confirmed.
- Ensure details on courier labels received are correct.
- The number of labels generated should match the number of individual items you are sending.
- Print these labels and attach labels to each corresponding item.
Notes
Securely attach courier labels (if required) and delivery labels to each item using packing tape or glue.
Do not tape over or obsecure the barcode or qr code on the labels.
We recommend handwrite our warehouse address: A2Shipping, U2 10 Production Dr Campbellfield 3061, on your boxes as goods will be protected in the unlikely event of the paperwork accidentally coming loose.
